Chocaviar: Chocolate Caviar
A blend from Central and South American cocoa mass. Small grains of cocoa mass coated in 75% pure dark chocolate.

The Chocaviar 75% Cube is a dark chocolate shell, filled with extra bitter chocolate cream, covered in  75% chocaviar grains. 

The Creme de Cacao variety has a hazelnut cream center covered in dark chocolate and dark chocolate granules.

The Caramel variety has a milk chocolate shell and covered in milk chocolate granules.

Also available, in a 9 or 18 piece luxury gift box containing all 3 of the Chocaviar Cubes (75%, Creme de Cacao and Caramel).

Cubes are also available individually in bulk.

Recipe: Sage Pasta with Venchi Chocolate Caviar

Serves 6 to 8

 

1 pound spaghetti or fettuccine

8 tablespoons butter, 1 stick

12 to 15 fresh sage leaves

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Freshly grated nutmeg

Red pepper flakes

Venchi Chocaviar

 

1. Prepare the pasta according to package directions.

 

2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and cook until it turns dark amber. Add the sage leaves and immediately remove the pan from the heat.

 

3. Toss the pasta with the sage butter, Parmesan cheese, and about a 1/4 cup of the pasta’s cooking water.

 

4. Season to taste with nutmeg and red pepper flakes.

 

5. Serve topped a generous sprinkling of Venchi Chocaviar.
